Business orders
If you wish to place a business order or an order with larger volumes (from 5 copies of the same title), please contact us regarding possible volume discounts. Please complete the form below as fully as possible so that we can send you a suitable quotation. Please note that delivery times may be longer for larger orders. If the order is urgent, please indicate this in your message so that we can offer the fastest possible delivery.
The following rules apply to orders of multiple copies of one title:
Returns : When you order more than 10 copies of the same title, the standard right of withdrawal lapses. We accept a maximum return of 10%. For example, if you order 50 copies of the same title, you can return 5 copies within 30 days.
Delivery : We strive to deliver the order in one go. However, it may happen that the order is delivered in multiple shipments.
Delivery time : When the order contains multiple copies of a single item, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. The delivery time indicated on the website applies to orders of a single copy. Please feel free to contact us for a more specific indication of the delivery time.
