Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the desired books to your shopping cart and go to checkout. Follow the steps for your details, shipping method and payment. After payment you will receive a confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been processed, you can cancel it via your account. Changing an order is not possible; please cancel and place a new order.

What are the delivery times?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next business day. For orders to Belgium and other EU countries, the delivery time is 2-6 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders above €20. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €3.95. For EU countries, shipping costs vary by country and are calculated during checkout.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unread and in original condition.
How do I return a product?
You can submit a return request via your account. You will then receive a return label by email. The return shipping costs are for your own account.
