Not satisfied with the ordered item? No problem! At Myboeken, you have a 30-day cooling-off period (after receiving the order) to return the order without giving a reason.

You can let us know within 30 days of receiving the order that you wish to cancel the purchase. After notification, you then have 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 30 days of receipt without prior notice, provided you include a statement indicating your wish to withdraw. 

The refund for your order will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. Only the return costs are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. If the item is damaged, Myboeken.nl reserves the right to charge the costs to the consumer. 

To cancel the purchase, you can fill out the withdrawal form . This is not mandatory. Follow the instructions below to return the order: 

Return instructions:

  1. Pack the order carefully (preferably in the packaging you received) and send it along with your order number to: Myboeken.nl, Effect 4, 6921RV Duiven

  2. Drop off the package at a DHL or PostNL parcel point. You will receive proof of shipment there. Keep this proof safe!

  3. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. You will also receive the credit invoice.

  4. As soon as we have received your returned order, we will process it within 3-4 working days. You can expect the purchase amount to be in your account within 7 working days, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

  5. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refunds.

Return exceptions: 

  1. Sealed products. If the seal on an item containing digital content (such as an access code for access to additional course material) is broken after delivery, the item is no longer in new condition and there is a significant reduction in value. If the seal is broken after delivery and the item is nevertheless returned, the purchase amount will still be charged. Any return costs will be borne by the consumer;

  2. Products produced by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

  3. Products that are clearly personal in nature;

  4. Audio and video recordings or computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal .

 

Please note:  for clarification of exception a.: if an access card with an access code for access to extra teaching material is included with the item, the order can only be returned if the code is sealed. If the code has been scratched open or if the seal on the code has been tampered with, we will not accept the return! The purchase amount will still be charged, and any return costs will be borne by the consumer.
