Warranty

When you have purchased an item from us, you are entitled to the statutory warranty. This means that the product meets what you may reasonably expect of it, under normal use and within the expected lifespan of the item. We provide a warranty if you receive a damaged item or notice a faulty print.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, you can contact our customer service directly. The best way to do this is by filling out the contact form or sending an email to [email protected] . In your message, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue, including any photos. Of course, you can also reach us by phone at 0316-763414. We will respond to your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve the issue with a suitable solution within 7 working days

We take your complaint seriously and will do our best to offer a suitable solution and satisfy you. You can submit your complaint to us by contacting our customer service via telephone or email.

Formulate your complaint as clearly as possible, including the order number if applicable. We will provide a substantive response to your complaint via email within 5 working days. 

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl) .
