Delivery
As soon as the order is placed, we will process it immediately and ship it ASAP. Many of the books we offer in the webshop are in stock in our warehouse. If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM, the order will be shipped the same day via one of the logistics service providers (PostNL or DHL). If the ordered product is not in stock with us, you can expect an average delivery time of 3-5 working days. The product page indicates how quickly your product can be delivered. In any case, you can rest assured that we at Myboeken deliver orders ASAP, so that you can enjoy your book as soon as possible!
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. Almost all orders are shipped with track and trace. Whenever possible, we will send the order as a letterbox package via PostNL, so that you do not have to stay home specifically to receive your order. If the order does not fit through the letterbox or is too valuable, it will be offered as parcel post. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email containing the tracking details and the name of the relevant courier service. When you track your order, an expected delivery date is often already displayed. If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, PostNL or DHL will leave the package at a pick-up point. You will receive a notification regarding this in your mailbox or via the track and trace number.
Delivery costs at myboeken.nl within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are always free, regardless of the order value! We also have good agreements with transport services for deliveries to other countries. If you would like your order delivered outside the aforementioned countries, please contact us for a favorable rate!
