Ordering from myboeken.nl is very easy, fast, and even more importantly: safe! You do not need to create an account with us, and there is no minimum order amount. Moreover, we value transparency; all prices on the website include 9% VAT and shipping costs.

The selection on our website is divided into clear categories. However, we have a digital assortment of over 7 million English-language books. Therefore, the easiest way is to use our search bar. In the search bar, you can search by title, author, or ISBN number, and the system will automatically display the search results. While shopping, you can add the desired products to your shopping cart. You will find the prices of the books on the category and product pages. Prices always include VAT. We do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany! You will no longer face any surprises at the checkout! You can always consult your shopping cart while shopping. You will then immediately see an overview of the items already in your cart.
Ordering process
Once you have selected the desired items and are finished shopping, you can proceed directly to the checkout process. During the checkout process, you can finalize your order by entering your details. Here you can enter your shipping address and, if desired, an alternative billing address. You also have the option to create an account by entering a password.
You will also find the order summary during the ordering process. Here you can double-check whether you actually wish to order all the items you have placed in the shopping cart. You can easily remove items or adjust quantities in the shopping cart during the ordering process.
Before placing a final order for your desired items, you can view the VAT breakdown in the order overview, and if you have a discount code, you can also enter it here. The system will then automatically apply the discount.
After you have entered and verified all the details, you can choose your preferred payment method. The system will then guide you through the payment process. All payment options are free of charge with us, which means there are no transaction fees. You only pay for the products, not for the payment services! It is also possible to enter a discount code during the ordering process. The system will then automatically apply the discount.
Payment process
After you have entered and checked all the details and agree to our general terms and conditions, you can choose your preferred payment method. Next, click on the “checkout” button. The system will then take you to the payment process for the chosen method. You can complete the payment here, and as soon as the payment is settled, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
Confirmation
The order has been placed and you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. We will now pack and ship the order as soon as possible. If the order is in stock and you placed the order on a working day before 4:00 PM, the order will be shipped the same day via PostNL or DHL. If the order is not in stock at our location, please allow for an average delivery time of three to five working days.
As soon as the order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace link. You can track the shipment via this link. The shipping confirmation also includes the invoice (with VAT specification) as a PDF attachment. Handy for your records!
