This 6-session study guide helps groups dive into Scripture readings and discussion questions on church leadership.

Accessible Study Helps Church Leaders and Members Understand Healthy Church Polity

Scripture presents a clear vision for how the local church should organize and govern, exercise authority, and train future leaders. Beyond knowing what biblical church leadership looks like, pastors need practical tools to implement and communicate it throughout their congregations.

This small-group study guide from 9Marks helps churches learn a biblical model for church leadership and smoothly transition their teams to the new structure. Over 6 sessions, participants will dive into Scripture readings and discussion questions on the qualifications for elders, plurality, the benefits of elders in the church, and more. (Each participant will need one study guide.)

By closely studying God’s will for biblical leadership, churches will be equipped to raise up effective shepherds for healthier, thriving congregations.
