This subvolume III/19i1 deals with the magnetic properties of soft magnetic alloys which are the subject of investigations in relation with their potential usefulness for technical applications. The large fields of high-induction alloys and Invar and Elinvar alloys are covered. The relation between the magnetic properties and the various preparation techniques of the alloys with the consequences for their physical structure have obtained special attention.
