Based on the transformation-Q approach, this software offers a robust tool for solving both narrow and wide band impedance-matching problems. Q-MATCH generates results by using intelligent synthesis-based systematic searches to the matching problem you define. What's more, the user can control the results obtained by manipulating the main systematic search performed by the software. Several solutions are given to each matching problem, providing the user with greater perspective on the problem solved. The software also allows the user to graphically compare the ten best solutions to the gain response targeted. A worst-case tolerance analysis can be done on each of the solutions displayed, enabling you to evaluate the relative sensitivity of the different solutions provided. The lumped element networks synthesized can be used as prototypes for distributed solutions. Suitable for both experienced and novice microwave design engineers, Q-Match utilizes a professional Windows interface.
