Auf der Grundlage von in-situ-Daten wird die kommunikative Praxis von Lehrergruppen rekonstruiert und damit die Struktur von Kooperationsprozessen von Lehrkräften näher bestimmt.

Lehrerkooperation ist im schulpädagogischen Diskurs um Unterrichtsentwicklung und Professionalisierung zu einem zentralen Topos avanciert. Die entsprechende Detailforschung erscheint normativ aufgeladen und vernachlässigt vor allem Dynamik und Ambivalenz von Lehrerkooperationsprozessen. An diesem Forschungsdesiderat setzt Nadine Bondorf mit den Mitteln rekonstruktiver Sozialforschung an. Auf der Grundlage von in-situ-Daten wird die kommunikative Praxis von Lehrergruppen rekonstruiert und damit die Struktur von Kooperationsprozessen von Lehrkräften näher bestimmt.
