Blast off on a madcap adventure in this children’s graphic novel about three kids on an impossible mission aboard an even more improbable rocket ship! Icarus isn’t just any genius kid inventor. He’s also a Chan. And Chans plan all the way from A to Z. So after plans A through Y fail to get someone to help find his astronaut grandmother who disappeared on a super-secret mission to Jupiter, Icarus is left with his last resort. It's time for plan Z: build a rocket ship out of spare parts found around his foster home, blast off into space, and rescue Po Po himself. Easy peasy. But when Icarus is forced to launch sooner than expected with two other kids unexpectedly on board, things get a lot more complicated. Now stuck with the resident bully, the new kid with no clue, and a goat with an appetite for metallic parts, it’s all Icarus can do to keep the ship in one piece. From asteroid belts to rogue hamsters, outer space is full of surprises. But for Icarus, the biggest surprise of all might just be the discovery that he doesn’t have to tackle it all himself. This rag tag crew will need every ounce of their combined skills if they hope to rescue Po Po . . . and themselves.
