Unlike most other notebooks it can also be used folded back on itself. The spiral bound notebook is 214mm x 169mm and contains 56 sheets of 100gsm ruled pages a 4-part coloured index with a pocket and a ruler / page marker. The index and ruler / page marker are also moveable.
