The first book by a major publisher to feature the Meal Prep craze, written by the mega-popular blogger behind DAMN DELICIOUS

For author and blogger Chungah Rhee, this cookbook started as a question: "Could she live to eat and eat to live well?" Two years ago, she was thirty pounds overweight, completely burned-out, and hopeless that she could regain control of her eating habits. She turned to her best friend, Nick Hounslow, an A-list celebrity trainer and actor. He shared the secret weapon that keeps his celebrity clients on track and happy: Meal Prep.

Meal Prep (or #mealprepsunday) is the concept that involves taking a weekend afternoon to chop, cook, and portion large amounts of food into perfectly-prepared packages for the week ahead. When running out the door in the morning, you no longer have to worry about making lunch or the nutritional breakdown of your food--everything is prepped and ready to go.

In DAMN DELICIOUS SKINNY PREP, Chungah shares her favorite meal prep recipes for every meal of the day, from delicious protein-packed breakfasts to energy-boosting snacks. She also shares a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to Meal Prep and why it works; this book will arm readers with dozens of tools for making habit changes actually happen, including prep session plans and checklists, bulk cooking tips, grocery lists, storage suggestions, and substitutions for special diets. Whether you are training for a marathon or are a busy parent looking for a way to make the week a little more manageable, this book will give you the recipes you need to successfully plan out meals and live a healthier (and more delicious) life.
