Pictured are the main combat aircraft and military helicopters in the National People's Army, NVA. of the GDR were used in each of a used version. Not shown are transport and liaison aircraft. The photos were taken in the aircraft museums Cottbus, Gatow and Rothenburg. Many readers do not know that the NVA had more aircraft in the inventory, as the Bundeswehr.
